Every shirt is made for you

Capybara Pickleball Club shirts are printed to order when you buy them. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted? We'll make it right.

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a printing error, or isn't the item you ordered, contact us within 21 days of delivery. Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send the shirt back.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll work with our print partner and the carrier to sort it out.

Changes and cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we can't change or cancel it.
